looking for a court

R finds self-eating shopping bag to have the right blend of medieval and sustainable

Today we sought a pickle court and in the morning we looked at open areas at Woodmens; it's a pretty  place; go through there all the time these days. That circuit that includes Woodmens is a long narrow loop from my house, it goes through several zones from suburban to sort of wild especially down in Freundlich's swamp.

Pick this up later -

Picking up much later - ten days gone by and now we, S, R, D, M and I are intubbed at a great little beach cottage with a hot-ass hot tub on the beach at Lake Bay off Case Inlet west of MacNeil Island and further to the south, Anderson Island of which I read a whole history once not long ago.

Got head shaved, but only with electric shears not razor, free on Water Street in Port Townsend after a cold-ass couple days and nights at Fort Worden. In a rental van built by one Brian who lives on an old ChrisCraft next to a crime-ridden parking lot where we met and exchanged vehicles. It was perfect for the conditions with its cozy bed and hot heater. Go out in the weather for short walk to the restrooms and back in the van for the next 12 hours minus snacks. Even the hardiest eventually retreated. Time in the challenging conditions and back at the apartment atelier in Seattle with C and S was best ever.

tower of infusion by night

Marbos and Dust at one point

Infusion very smoothion, but it ran so late into the night it made me miss the dinner at Bar del Corso that I had tried so hard to arrange. I got a pork dish brought home for me, but it was a little salty. R and Marbs came with Dust and us out here in the southern Sound wonderland. R mentioned there was better orca action in Alaska. S built a nice fire and R and I had extra blanket/quilt and there was a full moon. Tomorrow hope to try fake beard install. S may swim.

Still Saturday, April 16th, S's actual birthday, but we are celebrating for a fortnight because she is now 70. Had a pretty great lunch at a place called The Boathouse in Allyn at the very northern reach of Case Inlet. A good place and across the street was a massive wood carving school/retail where S bought a bas-relief old man of the sea or someone for Deon birthday.

Still studying fake beard installation details from various reviews on Amazon, cosplayers, trans, actors, etc.
